What Will My Workout Look Like?

Our workouts include equipment, variety and fun, but the best thing in our workouts is you. You will feel energetic, motivated and upbeat, surrounded by other fitness enthusiasts. We do full body workouts to help you develop cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength, which can help you to loose weight, and gain muscle. Our workouts are a mix of high and low intensity, you will be sweating and working hard, but with an appropriate amount of rest time, and use of different muscles. We don't over complicate - we just get on with it, you will learn new skills, drills, games and meet new people. Just get there! |
What to wear/bring: |
Wear your active wear; sneaker's, comfortable pants or shorts and a breathable top. Don't forget to check out fitwear.net and use code 'Sharon15' at checkout for a discount.
Bring your water, any medications and inhalers etc. you may need, and a smile. All equipment (incl. boxing) is provided. |
