  1. You don't need to book, just come along to your preferred session time (see program times)
  2. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can have a quick chat about your current fitness health & goals
  3. You will need to fill out the Pre-Exercise Form (we want to keep you safe) you can complete this in advance and email it to us, or bring it along to  your first workout (it's not too long).

New to group workouts? Or new to interval training? We understand you might be a little apprehensive to try something new. Chances are everyone feels a little of this, however we want you to feel comfy, so come along for a "no obligation" free workout. 
We think you'll be back, but if not, we wish you luck in finding your fitness journey and thanks for giving us a go.
