​I have been heavily involved in sports & fitness my whole life, It started from about 4 years of age playing badminton, then I went on represent North Harbour all through high school. High school also saw me playing 1st XV rugby, cricket and volleyball.
In my University years I played indoor & outdoor netball up to 3 times a week, then moving into attending fun events like triathlons, Bike Lake Taupo, Tough Guy & Gal, O'Rock, and many more.
I love to play sports and have played a lot of touch rugby, tennis, squash and of course netball and badminton. Recently I've enjoyed my resistance training at the gym which includes kettle bells, free weights, suspension ropes and floor work.  My most recent hobby is stand up paddle boarding (SUP), when the family and I head out together with all of our own gear.

I get how hard staying fit can be! In the past I have battled on and off with my health, struggling with weight loss, pregnancies and balancing out my life, but in the last few years I have found the right balance and that's when I decided it was time to share my passion, so I became a fully qualified Personal Trainer.  I am  now working towards nutrition coach qualifications.

I believe getting active is not only about losing weight or gaining muscle, it's about leading a healthier life for the health of your body for long term, for reduced stress levels, for fun and the rest! It's not just about the sweat - it's about the emotional or mental release!
I am a Mum of two girls, aged 5 & 4, I previously worked as a Customer Services Manager and Personal Assistant.
